8:30 Doors open, check-in and enjoy coffee/tea and light breakfast

9:00 IF:Gathering 2020 - worship through singing, teachings and conversation times

11:30 (approximate) - Lunch (included)

12:30 (approximate) - IF:Gathering 2020 continues

Common Questions:

I don’t know if I can make it the whole weekend, can I come for part?

YES!!! While we would love for you to be able to join us the whole weekend - we get it! When you register, you’ll see options for ALL WEEKEND ($25), FRIDAY ONLY ($10), SATURDAY ONLY ($15). If something changes and you are able to make it for more - that’s great! Just let us know at ifcastine@gmail.com. 

 

Do I have to pay online?

Nope! If you attend Castine Church, you can pay through the offering plate (be sure to indicate “IF” in the memo line) or at the Connection Center. You can also pay the day of the conference.

Can I register at the door the day of the conference?

Yes!! However - we would LOVE it if you registered by March 15th so we can plan for numbers and to pray for you specifically before the conference. There is always room for more though - so please come and bring a friend!

 

Are there scholarships available?

Yes!  We don't want cost to be a barrier for anyone. Contact Heather Costa: ifcastine@gmail.com.  

 

Who is IF:Gathering for?

IF:Gathering is for women of all ages. All women are invited! We want to invest in the next generation - so we are offering the conference for FREE for students  (junior high - high school - college). When you sign up - use the code STUDENT for the discount.

Will childcare be provided?

Childcare will not be provided during the conference.  We hope this will be a time for you to “get away” so you can enjoy all God has for you.

If I’m a nursing mom, can I bring my baby?

Of course!  Whatever is best for you and your baby.

Where should I park and enter?

We will be meeting in the Life Center at Castine Church (624 US RT 127, Arcanum OH 45304). The Life Center is the building the farthest back from the road - so drive to the back of the parking lot and park there. We’ll have signs up to help direct you. 

​

What is the attire for the conference?

The attire is casual. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket if you get cold easily.
